Scoping Statement

The Institution that I will be reviewing is Lyceum Global. This is a small non-profit company that offers life skill classes for youths ranging in ages 14-18. Most of the volunteer staff are remote and are located in different areas of the US and Canada.

My mentor's name is A. Nguyen. She is the founder and Executive Director of the company.

For this project, there are two things to analyze and that is the budget and finding tech programs or apps that will help with students interaction. Since this is a small organization, my mentor has not given me any limitations in regards to what is out of my scope.

Lyceum Global is a small non-profit that designs the life lesson courses to train the young adults so number of students will change from program to program. Currently, Lyceum Global has partnered up with a Family Service company with a government funded program for Toronto. Estimated students will be around 40. 

As of right now, Lyceum Global staff has eight staff members.
